In 2008 Bob starts his 21st year teaching his animation voice-over workshop in Los Angeles. The class meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00PM-10:00PM at Voicetrax/West, which is at 12215 Ventura Blvd., #205 in Studio City (next to Chin Chin's). The class size is limited to 8 students per class. The price is $750.00 for 8 weeks, with a $50.00 non refundable deposit needed to hold your spot. The class covers mic and audition technique, how to create and sustain your own characters, the "do's and don't's" of demos, the "in's and out's" of the business of the business, agent/client relationships, and much much more. All of your work, including Bob's direction, is recorded. Students will have the opportunity to work on at least twenty different characters. Meeting you and most of all studying under your direction for one evening was a big boost to my confidence and aspiration to do VO. I deeply appreciate the truth-that this is a real life profession, that takes dedicated hard work, time, practice, failure, growth.
